Meet the Founder
Dr. Peter Akindeju
Dr. Peter Akindeju, a seasoned professional renowned for his expertise in outsourcing, business management, and pragmatic leadership. He is currently serving as the Group Managing Director and CEO of ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited.
A distinguished academic, Dr. Akindeju earned his MBA from the esteemed Business School Netherlands and holds a PhD (Honoris Causa) in Business Administration. His relentless pursuit of knowledge led him to executive development programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, the European Management Development Institute (EMDIN), and The Lagos Business School, further refining his leadership acumen.
Dr. Akindeju’s impact extends beyond his current role as MD/CEO, with active involvement in various organizations. He holds positions on the Boards of Lifeworth Medicare Limited, Biopath Medical Diagnostics Ltd. Crystal Checks International Ltd, Business Codes and Technologies Ltd and several others. Recognized for his commitment to excellence, he is a fellow of esteemed institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Commerce, the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), and the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD). His dedication is evident through professional certifications such as Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and certified Director. Notably, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), highlighting his unwavering commitment to ethical and responsible HR practices.
As an advocate for ethical and sustainable business practices, Dr. Akindeju has garnered accolades, including the National Peace Award of Excellence (2022) and the Lead-Times Africa Leadership Prize (2022). These honors underscore his noteworthy contributions to youth development, accountability, and ethical leadership.
